Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • granola
  • coconut flakes
  • sliced banana
  • kiwi slices

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mango, banana, pineapple, and coconut water.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add more coconut water to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into bowls.
  • Top with granola, coconut flakes, sliced banana, and kiwi slices.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top for added crunch and nutrients.
